We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Meepo. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return it for a partial refund.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be in bran d-new condition.
- Products damaged for reasons not covered under warranty will not be accepted.
- Return shipping charges may apply.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Instructions
If you purchased directly from MeepoBoard.com and meet the above conditions, follow these steps:
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting Meepo Customer Service at info@meepoboard.com.The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Safely package the approved products for return.
- Obtain a receipt when dropping off the item for shipping.
- Drop off the return within 7 days of receiving the RMA. Late returns will not be accepted.
- Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within three (3) business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding:

- The original shipping fee
- The return shipping cost (if prepaid by us)
- A 15%-30% restocking fee and any cost of damaged or missing parts if the returned product is found to be used or not in brand-new condition
Note: The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to electric skateboards(Excluding the refurbished boards). All accessories are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet shipped. Email info@meepboard.com with your order number and name to initiate cancellation. If the order has already shipped, refer to the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee above. Orders outside the 30-day window are not eligible for refunds.
After your refund is processed, please allow 5-10 business days for funds to return to your account. If it takes longer than 10 business days to receive your refund please contact us for assistance.
Warranty Policy
Meepo provides warranty coverage for manufacturing defects on all boards and select parts. The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered. Coverage includes:
- Meepo Hurricane: 1-year warranty
- Meepo Go / Meepo Edge: 2-year warranty
- All other models: 6-month warranty
- Individually purchased parts: 3-month warranty
Please Note: Extended periods of customer inactivity do not pause the warranty timeline.
Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Hub Motor
- ESC (Electronic Speed Controller)
- Battery
- Remote
- Charger
Meepo Board’s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Meepo Boards’ sole discretion.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Wear-and-Tear Parts: Front wheels, skateboard decks, motor belts, grip tape, and PU sleeves.
- Artificial Damage: Damage from misuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect (e.g., battery abuse), or failure to follow the user manual.
- Water Damage: Meepo boards are IP56-rated for basic water and dust resistance. They are not waterproof. Riding through puddles or submerging the board may cause water intrusion and internal damage. Boards showing a red battery label have likely suffered water exposure and are not eligible for warranty service.
- Second-Hand Boards: Warranty only applies to original purchasers with proof of purchase. Resold boards are not supported under warranty.
