REAL RIDERS. REAL ROADS.
LESS MAINTENANCE. MORE ADVENTURE.
Rover's airless wheel system removes one of the biggest headaches of pneumatic all-terrain tires: flats and tire-pressure maintenance. Routine ownership stays straightforward, so you can focus on riding.
Do Rover's 160mm wheels need air?
No. The 160×50mm honeycomb rubber wheels are completely airless, so there's no tire pressure to check or maintain.
Can Rover get a flat tire?
The new wheels have no inner tubes or pressurized air chambers, eliminating traditional pneumatic-tire flats caused by punctures or pressure loss.
What should I inspect regularly?
Check the wheels, bearings, belts, trucks, bushings and fasteners regularly—especially after longer or more demanding rides.
Can the wheels be replaced?
Yes. Rover uses replaceable wear components so worn parts can be serviced instead of replacing the entire board.
Are replacement or other wheels available?
Yes. Rover supports multiple wheel options, including the stock 160mm honeycomb wheels, 165mm racing wheels, and 175mm pneumatic tires. This gives you the flexibility to customize your setup for different riding styles and terrain.
Keep in mind that larger and wider wheels generally increase rolling resistance and can reduce riding range. For the best balance of range, reliability, and low maintenance, we recommend the stock 160mm honeycomb wheels for everyday riding.
How long does a tire change take?
A standard tire change takes about 5 minutes per wheel on average.
You’ll only need a T-tool and an L-shaped hex key for a standard wheel change. No specialized workshop tools are required.
Are replacement tires and wear parts available?
Yes. Replacement tires, wheels, belts and other common wear parts are available separately for supported models.
We recommend checking the Accessories section for current availability and compatible replacement parts for your board.
What spare parts should I keep on hand?
For frequent riders, we recommend keeping a few common wear items available:
Drive belts
Replacement tires or wheels
Bearings
Inner tubes for pneumatic-tire models
Having basic wear parts on hand can reduce downtime and keep your board ready to ride.
How often should I inspect the belts and drivetrain?
Every 100–150 miles / after rough rides
Can I do routine maintenance myself?
Yes. Most routine maintenance is designed to be done at home.
Why have I seen Rover with different wheels?
Earlier Rover models used 155×50mm pneumatic tires. The latest Rover has been upgraded to 160×50mm airless honeycomb wheels for greater reliability and less maintenance. During the transition, some retailer inventory may still include the earlier 155mm setup.

Why there is no update on my parcel tracking status?
Tracking status goes live when your board lands in the destination country, until then it remains “in transit”.
Can I reach the top speed and get the best range when I ride?
Our data was measured under ideal conditions. Some factors that could affect your speed and range are the rider's weight, terrain, wind resistance, temperature, speed, and brake mode.

Meepo Rover is totaly amazing!! Have ridden it on gravelroads alot! Alot of hillclimbing! And speedruns! It performs flawless! Strong power and stable after tuning the bushings. I am 100kg and it handle everything with no problem. Have alot of joy and getting used to it fast. It has strong brakes and gives me alot of confidence with its stable plattform and Big wheels! It is sooo good i love it!
This is my second electric board and it's ten times better than the other one. Speed is top notch, maneuverability is phenomenal. This is a forever type board! Love it!
For this being my first EBoard I was astonished when it carried me uphill easily (s+) as a 200+ rider. My one thing i would like is maybe a few different graphs of expected performance based on rider weight paired with what mode and maybe even severety of terrain/elevation. as ive only been able to get about 10 miles on the board even when trying to maximize efficiency. Ill keep measuring and trying. Overall awesome experience and cant wait to upgrade to another board.
Hi everyone! My name is Danny, and I recently purchased a Meepo Rover.
I already own three Backfire boards, but I really wanted to add a true all-terrain board to my collection. After doing quite a bit of research online, I narrowed my choices down to the Meepo Rover and the Meepo Hurricane. Based on the combination of quality, features, performance, and price, I decided to give the Rover a try — and I’m very glad I did.
First of all, the Rover is definitely a little heavy, but considering its size, battery, motors, and all-terrain capability, that is understandable. After all, this is a serious longboard. Once you start riding it, however, the performance is an absolute blast!
Acceleration is smooth, steady, and consistent. Having four riding modes to choose from is also a great feature because you can adjust the board depending on your experience, the terrain, or simply how you feel that day.
The pneumatic tires are extremely forgiving on pavement. They absorb sidewalk joints, cracks, rough surfaces, and smaller potholes very well. I even tested the Rover on grass, and it performs surprisingly well, especially when using S+ mode.
The deck has plenty of space and feels very comfortable under your feet. The anti-slip surface provides excellent grip and keeps you planted securely on the board.
In my opinion, the best way to use this board is simple: EVERY DAY!
Range has been very impressive. I am getting somewhere north of 25 miles, and the range can potentially be extended even further by riding in the lower-power L or E modes.
The truck bushings came a little loose from the factory, but I believe that is something every rider should adjust according to personal preference and body weight anyway. For reference, I weigh about 220 lbs.
I also purchased the Meepo all-terrain airless tires and plan to install them to see whether they provide even greater stability at higher speeds.
During one test, I reached 32 mph on the Rover. Frankly, I probably will not be doing that again! 😄 For me personally, 25–28 mph is about the maximum speed I feel comfortable riding on a longboard for safety reasons. The important thing is that the Rover has more than enough performance available when you want it.
Another big advantage is the belt-drive setup instead of hub motors. This makes wheel changes relatively quick and gives you much more flexibility when choosing different wheel setups.
The Rover also has regenerative braking, which helps improve efficiency while providing smooth, controlled braking. The brakes feel predictable and add to the overall confidence and enjoyment of riding the board.
At the time of writing this review, I have already put approximately 523 miles on my Rover, so my opinion is based on a lot more than just a few test rides.
I am 50 years old, and I am honestly having the time of my life with this all-terrain board. The Rover proves that electric skateboarding definitely isn't only for teenagers or people in their twenties. If you enjoy riding, exploring, and having fun, age doesn't matter.
For anyone looking for a reliable, capable, and reasonably priced all-terrain electric longboard, I would absolutely recommend the Meepo Rover. Performance-wise, I believe it competes very well with boards from other manufacturers while offering excellent value for the money.
One final recommendation: buy a handle for the motor side of the board. It makes carrying the Rover into stores, train stations, or other places much easier.
After more than 500 miles, I can confidently say:
Buy it. Ride it. Enjoy it. I don't think you'll regret it!
Thank you, Meepo, for making such a fun board!
The board has been great, easy to use but it’s not even been a week and a bearing has already come off and the belt fell off. Nervous how long the board will last.
Never ride a board in my youth. But thought this looked cool so I started researching elec boards and I came across the Rover.. after checked reviews I took a gamble and ordered it. Came when it should have and everything in the box was undamaged. I don't have a bad thing to say about the board yet. It's been almost 2 months and it doesn't do anything except what it is supposed to do.. holds a charge well and goes up hills MUCH better than I expected. I'm 185lbs and even with a low battery it has no prob going up hills or as fast as I want to take it. It's a great board. Period.
Its been a blast. Perfect for a big guy like myself. The deck is huge and the wheels will keep you to the ground. Well, the board at least. Changing parts is easy. The different ride modes are great for easing yourself into higher speeds or letting a new person try it. Its been a great purchase.
It rides really smooth on pavement and grass / dirt. Although I took it on a gravel path in the woods and it rides really bumpy / shaky and I had to go very slow because it seems like it wasn’t meant for that - the wheels were shaken very roughly. It’s heavier than expected and awkward to hold so I wish there was a handle. It feels a lot more mechanical than your standard V5 and so it slows down the second you release your acceleration. It’s really heavy with normal pushing, so if your board dies, it doesn’t roll like the V5 and will be a pain to get back home. I wish it felt a little more like normal skating and makes me crave the feeling I got from riding a V5. Overall it is really fun still and great for the city with all the bumps and stuff. It’s got a lot of power. I raced a V5 with the Rover and the V5 won. The V5 feels a lot more flowy where this feels more electronic.
Took a little long to ship but it was all worth it very durable board and everything you could hope for especially in a 700 dollar board ive been able to go 12 miles on a charge in E mode its advertised as 20 miles but its hard to be disappointed about it after you ride it lol
Totally worth it, I use it to go to school, so i dont spend money in oíl or gas and stuff like that, I live in México and the streets arent so great but this beast just go like its his house, the only problem is that here is not a very clean City so my tires got damaged very often, but i just bough the solid wheels, so its perfect now, thank meepo
Bought a Meepo Rover a Week ago and at first it was fun and all until all my inner tube started to blow up one after the other. Had 6 inner tube 4 already install and 2 back-up...ended up using them all and reapring it with some glue but they still blew up all that after a week from purchase. The board works reaaly well tough, i like the speed and power but damn the wheel for me is the issues.
From skating back in my twenties and now that I’m almost forty I absolutely love it. It handles bumps, smooth, definitely a city board. Great quality. Sounds amazing when you’re cruising it not too loud not too quiet. I would recommend this to anyone and it’s the best purchase I have made in 2026. Even better than the purchase of my BMW.
The board is fun and very fast but replace the pneumatic wheels as fast as possible! I have had two tires pop in my first two weeks kinda disappointed about that but everything else works great!
I'll be honest, I held off on making a review out of pure laziness, but recently, after having an issue with an other (due to my mistake), Meepo's customer service was always quick, professional, and above and beyond helpful. So I'll definitely be a loyal customer just for their customer service alone.
As far as the board goes, I bought the Rover and it arrived to my house in 10 days, which is faster than I had thought. The board runs beautifully, and has been my main mode of transport EVERYWHERE. The all-terrain wheels are smooth and great, and the parts on the board are truly high quality. Even in my rough rides, the board has held up very well. Seriously, Meepo is probably the best company with the best boards, in my personal opinion.
At 51 years old I decided I wanted to get back into skateboarding and I’m glad I found this. It was pretty easy to get the hang of and now I ride it everywhere on and off road. It has plenty of power and is helping me explore places I never would have gone.
This board is a really great intro into Electric skateboards. Super easy to get the hang of and honestly a ton of fun. It doesn’t feel overly powerful. But plenty fast for me. I’ll be buying more for sure.
After a quick lesson that board don't like sand. I have been getting acquainted with the board on paved and compact trails. The more comfortable I become with it, the looser I make the trucks. I am having so much fun surfing the hill country.
The thing is fast, but at 15-16 mph, cruising is fun and easy. Pretty intuitive controls. Easier than learning to skateboard, like snowboarding on pavement :). Good fun.
Hey, I love it very much. He sent me two boats and two tubes. But no tires, the back tires were out real fast.So how do I go about getting some tires for the thing??
