I damaged my charger and charging port (my fault). I contacted Meepo and sent them photos. They recommended I replace them both, gave me 20% off the charger and gave me the charging port for free.

This product was not delivered to me. There was a problem with the shipping and it was returned before I received it. I am still waiting to hear from the company in regards to how to receive the product I purchased.

Very satisfied with this battery. I've gotten up to 14 miles on it. Very low voltage sag. This is a great battery.

Shipping took forever No problem with charger, only wish shipping was timely. Took 5-6 weeks to deliver. Ordered 3 weeks before Christmas as a gift, but did not receive until Mid January. The tracking was also terrible as it never showed updates. I read several reviews with the same complaint.
