MEEPO Shipping Protection may cover the following situations:
- Package lost in transit
- Package damaged during transit
- Package marked as delivered but not received
What is not covered?
MEEPO Shipping Protection does not cover:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Orders returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs duties
- Delivery delays when the package is still moving normally
- Claims submitted too late after delivery
- Stolen packages without reasonable supporting information
- Damage caused after the package has been delivered
How to file a claim?

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos if the item arrived damaged
- A screenshot of the tracking information if available

Claim time limit
For damaged packages, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
