MEEPO UGC Content Usage Terms

By submitting any video, photo, text, audio, review, or other content (“Content”) to MEEPO, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership of Your Content

You retain ownership of the original Content you submit to MEEPO.

By submitting Content, you confirm that you own the Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it and grant MEEPO the rights described in these Terms.

2. License Granted to MEEPO

By submitting Content, you grant MEEPO and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, transmit, edit, crop, resize, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your submitted Content for MEEPO’s marketing, advertising, promotional, commercial, and brand-related purposes.

This license applies worldwide and does not expire.

3. Where MEEPO May Use Your Content

MEEPO may use your Content in any current or future marketing or promotional channel, including but not limited to:

  • MEEPO websites and product pages
  • Social media platforms
  • Organic social media posts
  • Paid social media advertising
  • Search, display, video, and other digital advertising
  • Email and SMS marketing
  • Online marketplaces
  • Landing pages
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Digital advertisements
  • Printed promotional materials
  • Retail and dealer materials
  • Trade shows and events
  • MEEPO-owned or operated marketing channels
  • Other advertising or promotional media

4. Editing and Modification

You authorize MEEPO to edit your Content as reasonably necessary for marketing or promotional use.

This may include:

  • Cropping
  • Resizing
  • Shortening
  • Reformatting
  • Adding captions or subtitles
  • Adding logos or branding
  • Adding graphics or text
  • Combining the Content with other images, video, audio, or materials
  • Creating shorter clips or derivative versions

MEEPO will not intentionally edit your Content in a way that materially misrepresents your statements or experience.

5. Name, Image, Voice, and Likeness

If your Content includes your name, image, likeness, voice, username, social media handle, or other identifying elements, you grant MEEPO permission to use those elements together with the Content for the purposes described in these Terms.

If other identifiable individuals appear in your Content, you confirm that you have obtained any permissions necessary for MEEPO to use their appearance, voice, or likeness.

6. Compensation

Unless MEEPO has expressly agreed otherwise in writing, you understand that no additional payment, royalty, license fee, or other compensation will be owed for MEEPO’s use of your Content.

Any reward, discount, store credit, gift, accessory credit, or other benefit offered in connection with the submission of Content will constitute the full compensation associated with that submission unless otherwise stated.

7. Third-Party Rights

You confirm that your Content does not violate or infringe any third-party rights, including:

  • Copyright
  • Trademark rights
  • Privacy rights
  • Publicity rights
  • Music rights
  • Intellectual property rights
  • Contractual rights

You should not submit Content containing copyrighted music, third-party video clips, images, logos, or other materials unless you have the necessary rights to authorize MEEPO’s commercial use of those materials.

8. Original Content

You confirm that the Content you submit is original to you or that you otherwise have the legal right to grant MEEPO the license described in these Terms.

You must not submit Content copied, downloaded, or taken from another creator without authorization.

9. No Obligation to Use Submitted Content

Submitting Content does not guarantee that MEEPO will publish, promote, feature, or otherwise use it.

MEEPO may decide whether, when, where, and how submitted Content is used.

10. Removal or Discontinuation

Because the license granted under these Terms is perpetual and irrevocable, MEEPO is not required to remove Content that has already been published, incorporated into advertisements, distributed, printed, scheduled, or otherwise used in marketing materials.

MEEPO may, at its discretion, discontinue future use of submitted Content upon request, but is not obligated to do so unless required by applicable law.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with your Content submission will be handled in accordance with MEEPO’s Privacy Policy.

This may include information such as your:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Product information
  • Social media handle
  • Submission details

12. Acceptance of These Terms

By checking the UGC Content Usage Terms checkbox and submitting your Content, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms
  • You have the legal right to submit the Content
  • You agree to the license granted to MEEPO
  • You authorize MEEPO to use your Content as described above
